The painting represents the celebration of the return of the spring, that season that awakens us inside as the sun shines on our desires, dreams and imagination, making us feel more courageous, alive, and hopeful. Th artist connects the dragon with flowers, symbolizing gentle but undeniable strength as there is a flame inside each of us that cannot be extinct as perfectly described by Yugoslav writer and Nobel Prize winner, Ivo Andric: "Nothing a living man can lose that one spring could not bring back to him, nor can a man be permanently unhappy while God allows the soul to be healed by oblivion and the earth to be renewed by spring”. The painting is done by combing inks, acrylics, and oil paint to create bold and expressive artwork that reflects the hope and fearlessness.
